Welcome to Peak Instruction; an outdoor activities & training provider. Run by Pete & Beth Knight, we have our base in the beautiful Peak District but can deliver a range of activities across the UK. Our goal is simple, to deliver safe, engaging & enjoyable outdoor activities to every client group.
We are specialists in bespoke activities and we treat each booking as uniquely as you are. Our team can deliver taster activities, challenge days and technical training throughout the year to individuals, families, friends or corporate groups. There is also a selection of publicly bookable outdoor activity sessions run each year. Caving is a real passion for us here, and we are able to lead & coach at the very highest level of the sport and deliver instructor qualifications.
We specialise in Private Bookings, so get in touch to arrange an activity of your choice on a date that is convenient for you.

Please note that we only run activities with under 18s if a parent or court appointed guardian is present and participating.

- Booking FormsOnce you have made an activity booking with us, we will need to gather some details from each participant ahead of the day using the Individual Booking & Equipment Form.
- Activity PricingAt Peak Instruction we will always be open about our pricing. Costs will be made clear up front, there are no hidden charges and we do not add VAT to any prices, the cost you are quoted is what you will pay.
